JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION This position will serve as a Team Leader in Military Services at Centerstone with the primary responsibilities of supervising the day-to-day operations of a team of Clinical Care Coordinators. The Team Leader will collaborate with the operational support team to assist with internal processes to maintain contract compliance and department deliverables. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of leadership experience may be considered. Years of Experience Supervisory experience preferred; Minimum of two years' experience providing behavioral health or social services within the military community required.
