The University of Missouri's Central Missouri, Research, Extension & Education Center (CM-REEC) is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Farm Manager with the ability to manage the operational, maintenance and personnel activities of University of Missouri's Horticulture and Agroforestry Research Farm (HARF) near New Franklin, Missouri. HARF serves as a real-world laboratory that allows the University to develop practical solutions to a variety of agroforestry, horticulture, viticulture and forage issues through cutting-edge research. These activities provide student learning opportunities related to all farm activities. Key Responsibilities include:
Shift
7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, some evenings and weekends as needed. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Public Pesticide License CDL Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
