Customer Service Rep

This position is responsible for facilitating customer orders. This job requires excellent people skills. You must respond in a friendly and accommodating manner to customer's daily challenges and questions via telephone and email. This person must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require specific knowledge of customers' order guides and practices.

• Responsible for communicating with customers, sales reps, buyers and management
• Covers Will Call Counter (if needed)
• Responsible for special shipment of customer orders using, UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post
• Covers National Account Representative vacations and sick leave
• Takes customer orders via telephone
• Communicates delivery status to customers
• Responsible for special shipment of customer orders using, UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post.

Schedule: Mon - Friday. 8am-5pm. Weekends as needed. Onsite.

Job Qualifications:

* Data Entry and Computer Skills Required * Previous Food service experience and food product knowledge a plus * High School Diploma of G.E.D.
