Position Overview

CCFBank is seeking a positive, service-driven individual to join our Fairmont team as a Teller. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an interactive environment, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. As a Teller, you will play a key role in supporting customers with their everyday banking needs while building trusted relationships within the community.

In this customer-facing role, you will:

• Process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing
• Accept loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional, friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and share information about relevant bank products and services
• Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to support daily operations and branch objectives
• Follow all bank policies and procedures, as well as state and federal banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements
• Complete additional duties as assigned

The successful candidate will bring:

• Strong listening skills and the ability to interact with customers patiently and respectfully
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly in repetitive or routine tasks
• The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Required:

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy

Preferred:

• Previous experience handling cash and/or working in a sales or service environment

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Hourly pay range: $17.00 - $19.00, depending on experience and location
• Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus (approximately 1.5% - 3% of salary)

Compensation may vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
