- Responsible for Crawford Electric Supply Enablement Team that will support Rockwell Automation Solutions, including the Commercial Planning Process and Sales & Support Performance Goals.
- Collaborative with all corporate functions and support teams to drive immediate and long-term objectives.
- Develops & Maintains all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) necessary to drive initiatives and communicate regularly to the teams.
- Develop & Maintain Technical Support and Education for our Crawford Electric Supply Specialist Team, Inside Sales, and Account Managers.
- Assist the Directors in overseeing Learning Paths for our Crawford Electric Supply Account Managers, Inside Salespeople, and Specialist Teams.
- Leads collaboration with Sales Teams to drive operational discipline and excellence, as it relates to the Rockwell Automation portfolio.
- Collaborate with operations, sales,and marketing teams to develop, implement, measure,and report results for product launches, programs,and initiatives.
- Educate sales teams on key successes, selling strategies, lessons learned, and unique value propositions.
- Develop and/or improve customer onboarding processes for an impactful and sustainable customer experience.
- Helps Develop, Strengthen, and Maintain Account Manager & Specialist relationships within the Crawford Electric Supply (Rockwell Automation) Authorized APRs.
- Assist with efforts to cultivate Partner Relationships within the Crawford Electric Supply (Rockwell Automation) Authorized APRs.
- Educate associates and help maintain pricing.
- Educate and help maintain Price Lines in ERP System, along with reporting tools in Power BI.
- Participates in Crawford Electric Supply Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with Account Manager and Specialists by preparing presentations and communicating information. Will use tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sonepar Sales Management (SSM) tools, Power BI, and Rockwell Partner Performance Reporting (PPR) tools.
- Help target existing and new customers and share gain activities.
- Help lead accountability through Annual Performance Reviews by setting SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, & Time-based) to strengthen performance.
- Practice consistent, effective mentoring and performance information with regional associates through direct or delegated feedback. Help assist in the development of our people.
- Drives adoption and execution of all customer omni-channel solutions and services available through Crawford Electric Supply.
- Engage directly with strategic customers to uncover needs and develop solutions through the Rockwell Automation ecosystem.
- Work collaboratively with PNP Program Leadership to identify, qualify, and grow small to medium accounts
- Proven history of Sales Leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competitive and collaborative team player.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Alignment in core values and compliance.
- Capable using Microsoft Office Suite and Crawford Electric Supply tools.
- Preferred - College Degree in applicable field or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing a business unit, or product line within a technical or distribution environment
- Travel 10%-15% or as necessary to support the job requirements.
