Job Summary: As a key supervisory role, the Master Production Planner Supervisor oversees a team of planners and schedulers responsible for comprehensive manufacturing scheduling, inventory management, and production flow optimization. This position ensures inventory accuracy via cycle counting, identifies and resolves constrained work centers, and develops strategic plans to maintain seamless daily operations that align with the overall ship plan. The supervisor leads process improvements, mentors team members, and collaborates across departments to drive efficiency and on-time delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
