We're seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is energized by tackling complex, crossfunctional challenges. About the Role: In this role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of the U.S. regulatory and political landscape to drive policy analysis, advocacy, and engagement with key stakeholders-including federal regulators, members of Congress, trade associations, and internal business leaders. You will build influential relationships, represent FIS in policy forums, and help position the company as a trusted voice in shaping the future of financial technology. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic insight and tactical execution, excels at building networks, communicates with confidence in public settings, and is passionate about advancing thoughtful, modern policy frameworks for the financial services industry. About the Team:This position is part of the Global Public Policy team, which is a critical component of FIS' Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Public Policy, who is based in Washington DC, you will work collaboratively and transparently within LCCA and alongside FIS' business leaders.
