Description These customer service roles will be supporting the Retirement team with a financial company. Daily Duties: * Will take 25-50 calls per day pertaining to Retirement questions and assistance. * Will take calls from financial partners, agents, and customers. * Take inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions transactions, product information, information on rates, services issues, etc. * This role will require basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs. This role will use Salesforce and other homegrown systems on a daily basis. * Looking for candidates with customer service, retail, service industry experience. Call center and previous life/retirement/benefits experience preferred. Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of call center experience Prior experience with retirement accounts Technical skills - Microsoft Suite Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA.
