*Loan Servicing Specialist* *Location:* Greenwood Village, CO
*Schedule:* Hybrid (One day a month in Office) *Department:* Loan Accounting / Loan Administration *Overview* We are seeking a highly organized, detailoriented Loan Servicing Specialist to support endtoend loan administration within a fastpaced financial services environment. This role is responsible for processing loan transactions, reviewing documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting crossdepartmental initiatives within the Loan Accounting team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, commercial lending or loan operations experience, and the ability to interpret complex credit agreements. *Key Responsibilities* *Loan Servicing & Administration* * Process loan servicing transactions in ACBS, including payment applications, funds disbursements, fee processing, and ratesetting activities. * Book new borrowers, credit facilities, loans, letters of credit, and associated fees within loan administration systems. * Complete ongoing customer, facility, and loanlevel maintenance with a high degree of accuracy. * Review and analyze notices, interest rates, payment calculations, principal/interest breakdowns, beginning balances, and paidtodate bundles. * Identify discrepancies, flag errors, and document findings clearly for inclusion in workflow processes. * Verify loan data and determine authorization for release to downstream processing. *Quality Control & Reporting* * Review, document, and resolve reconciliation and control report items within expected timeframes. * Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. *CrossFunctional & Administrative Support* * Serve as "Mission Critical Personnel" during business continuity events or reduced staffing scenarios. * Assist other Loan Administration teams during peak cycles throughout the month. * Manage the shared closing mailbox and monitor incoming documentation. * Perform bulk filing of loan documents and coordinate execution of signature pages. * Support non-processing tasks, department initiatives, and special projects as assigned. *Required Qualifications* * *2+ years of experience* in loan documentation, loan servicing, commercial lending operations, or a closely related function * *OR* a *degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics*, or a related discipline. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), PDF tools, and data entry. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. * Ability to analyze financial data and interpret credit agreements. * Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple priorities. *Preferred / NicetoHave Skills* * Experience with commercial lending or syndicated loan operations. * Familiarity with ACBS or other loan accounting/administration systems. * Background in wire transfers, indexing, or operational workflow systems. * Previous experience in financial services or banking operations. *Soft Skills* * Highly organized and detailoriented * Critical thinker with strong analytical abilities * Effective multitasker * Strong communicator with professional judgment * Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving *Open To* Candidates with business operations experience in other industries *who meet the education requirements* and demonstrate transferable analytical and organizational skills. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
