Job Description General Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting or developing the creative direction and graphic design of materials for an engineering consulting firm using multiple media outlets including digital and print. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Designs both print and electronic communications pieces that support Terracon's local offices. Graphic Design Create proposal graphics, maps and logos to support the marketing efforts of the firm. Manage the company media library of graphics, photos, and video. Update visual elements on digital platforms including creating graphics and locating stock imagery. Partner with content experts to create content for projects ranging from: Business essentials and signage Newsletters Advertisements Brochures Direct Mail Posters and event materials Internal communications materials Digital design (not coding) for email strategy, Terracon.com, social media, App, and YouTube. May lead creative development of campaigns or special projects. Safety and Quality Follows safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field and a minimum of two years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years' related experience. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
