Position Description

This Program Manager role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects as part of a coordinated program. The Program Manager ensures that all initiatives align with business goals, promote the adoption of standardized processes, and optimize resource allocation across teams. They work closely with workstream leads and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering, procurement, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and oversees program-level plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Responsible for identifying and managing dependencies across multiple projects within the program.
  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Leads governance reviews to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and support decision-making.
  • Actively engages stakeholders to align program outcomes with business goals and to drive adoption of PMO processes across the organization.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP preferred (or other applicable framework).
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational change skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or technical environments preferred.
