Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for pursuit and proposal efforts for our North Carolina civil and water teams based in our Raleigh, NC office. Responsibilities

    Provide daytoday marketing support for water and civil pursuits, including leading and/or supporting multiple ongoing proposal efforts and assisting in production and delivery of final proposal documents.
  • Develop highquality proposal content-both independently and in collaboration with pursuit managers and technical staff.
  • Produce state and local proposals, including SF330s, designbuild packages, qualifications, technical proposals, and oral presentation materials specific to water and civil clients.
  • Ensure all proposal and marketing materials follow corporate standards for consistency and quality.
  • Compile, edit, and format technical and non-technical content for clarity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with corporate communications on projectfocused graphics, photography, and targeted promotional materials.
  • Support Client and Marketing Managers with market intelligence, including competitor analysis and client-specific research for water and civil markets.
  • Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
  • Contribute to internal and external awards submissions relevant to water and civil practice areas.
  • Plan and support conferences, trainings, and industry events related to water and civil programs; prepare marketing collateral such as one-pagers, project sheets, and pursuit-specific leave-behinds.
  • Maintain CRM data related to water and civil pursuits, clients, and contacts.


Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Graphics or related field required.
  • 5+ years' experience personally producing proposals and managing proposal efforts in the A/E/C industry.
  • Extensive experience with state/local proposal formats.
  • Must have extensive computer software skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Teams).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop publishing applications (InDesign & Acrobat Pro).
  • Knowledge of database/CRM systems, specifically Deltek Vision, a plus.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
  • Effective proposal management skills including strong attention to detail, planning, organization, problem identification and resolution, and resource management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and prior experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and work collaboratively.
  • Must be flexible, self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate shifting priorities, respond to short-term deadlines, and carry a diverse workload with tight timelines.
  • Must be available to work overtime as necessary in order to meet business requirements.
  • Must be willing to travel to other office locations for meetings as needed.
