  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Ensure that the project meets all performance objectives and is ready for turnover to client's Operations by conducting system turnover walkdowns and executing client's verification and validation checks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in power plant commissioning, particularly in collaboration with EPC contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles related to power plant commissioning and startup activities.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in high-pressure environments, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
