Position summary: This position provides administrative support for marketing efforts. It supports marketing operations, management, and personnel.

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities



  • Data entry into the CRM database system
  • Data entry into Open Asset (JMT's digital asset management photo database)
  • Research support for the Marketing Department
  • Maintain marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultant information, and related materials.
  • Generate graphics, as needed (i.e., process/step-by-step diagrams, org charts, etc.)
  • Assist with drafting, formatting, editing, and packaging of pursuits, as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Familiarity in using standard Microsoft Office for document creation and email communication.
  • Ability to prepare well organized, clear, and concise written materials.
  • Ability to support work with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Developing presentation skills, including communicating ideas to different groups.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively with guidance from supervisors.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate well with others.

Required Experience

  • Full time student, currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite


Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
