The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 49-story luxury condominium hotel located in Downtown Miami. The newly completed tower offers 646 fully furnished rooms/residences, over 19,000 square feet of curated amenities and 5,000 square feet of prime retail space. Named after the iconic Elser Pier, which was built in the 1900s and became the premier place for locals and visitors to enjoy the magical shoreline of Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami, The Elser Hotel & Residences will continue this tradition.



Overview

The Minibar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing guest room minibars to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role includes restocking items, checking expiration dates, recording usage, and reporting any discrepancies. The Minibar Attendant provides attentive and discreet service, responds to guest requests, and ensures all minibar stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a guest-focused attitude are essential for maintaining high standards of service.



Responsibilities

    Restock mini bar items in guest rooms daily or as needed.
  • Record consumption accurately and ensure proper charges are posted to guest accounts.

  • Maintain inventory levels and report shortages, expired items, or discrepancies.

  • Clean and organize mini bar areas and carts in compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Verify expiration dates and product freshness regularly.

  • Report maintenance issues or damages found in mini bars or guest rooms.

  • Communicate effectively with front desk, housekeeping, and accounting departments.

  • Ensure all interactions with guests are professional, courteous, and in line with service standards.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous hospitality or inventory experience is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
