The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the North America Chronic Care
Management Team. This position requires the ability to work with high efficiency, strong project management
skills and to successfully implement and manage complex plans and schedules. This individual will respond with
appropriate urgency to situations and events that require immediate response, maintain confidentiality of
information and possess exceptional organization and communication skills.
The successful candidate will represent the department at the highest organization level, which results in a
positive customer/business partner experience. This role requires professional and frequent interaction with
executive and senior leadership levels within the Coloplast organization.

Major Areas of Accountability
* Proactively manages information flow to maximize the Vice President's productivity and ensure all
requests receive attention with the proper level of urgency
* Complex calendar management - manages calendars and scheduling for the Vice President, the Director
of Sales, and the Director of Marketing. This includes coordination and planning various meetings and
logistics associated with the scheduled events.
* Travel management - manages travel scheduling/itineraries, both domestic and international
* Prepares reports and assists in the preparation of high-level presentations
* Monitors/completes expense reports, in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Routes
reports and approvals appropriately.
* Owns administrative details and handles routine issues independently in a high quality, timely manner
* Effectively manages priorities, including organization of workflow and partnering with colleagues to
accomplish tasks and balance workload
* Collaborates with colleagues to recommend most cost-effective ways to complete tasks
* Plans selected events and meetings hosted by Vice President, Director of Sales and Director of
Marketing; may manage associated travel for meetings and events
* Provides on-boarding support for new team members
* Handles administrative tasks to ensure the North America Wound and Skin Care team is prepared and
equipped to be productive, including ordering supplies for the department.
* Maintains moderate degree of international contact and coordination with global colleagues and
leadership
* Occasionally interacts with key customers, scheduling customer events, trouble-shooting issues, and
maintaining important relationships
* Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards;
comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with
Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.
* Other job duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or a combination of 5+ years working at the executive
administrative level
* Advanced level knowledge of Windows desktop applications and Microsoft Office (advanced Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook) skills are essential

  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $34.00/hour - $51.00/hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
