REQUIREMENTS: * This position requires close attention to detail and neatness of cartons. * This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds * Able to stand up for 8 hours. * Ability to handle multiple tasks. * Ability to work overtime. * Ability to work weekends, when needed. * Must follow directions well. * Good attendance is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operates the box baler (compresses used cartons) * Responsible for sorting reusable cartons * Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including HiBay. * Help with clean up as needed. * Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors
