Description

We are looking for a senior Teamcenter Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and integration of Siemens Teamcenter in a complex manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built, integrated, and supported Teamcenter at scale.

Responsibilities

* Own the technical architecture for Teamcenter across engineering and manufacturing
* Design and build Teamcenter customizations/extensions using BMIDE, ITK (C/C++), Java, and Active Workspace
* Lead Teamcenter integrations framework with SAP and other enterprise systems using SOA/REST and integration frameworks
* Drive and support Teamcenter Project Management / PPM implementations
* Provide advanced Teamcenter administration (security, environments, performance tuning, upgrades)
* Define integration patterns, development standards, and best practices
* Review and guide system integrator (SI) work; troubleshoot complex technical issues

Required Experience and Skills

* 12+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter experience
* Strong background in manufacturing, with preference for semiconductor or electronics industries
* Knowledgeable of various Bill of Materials and the standard methodologies related
to BOMs
* Deep experience with:
o Teamcenter architecture and data model (Semi LCM module is highly preferred)
o BMIDE, ITK, Java (SOA / REST), Active Workspace
o Teamcenter security, environments, and performance tuning
o Strong integration expertise:
o Teamcenter integration framework
o Integration with SAP (big plus) and other enterprise apps leveraging T4S or T4EA
o Experience integrating with ERP, MES, CAD/EDA, PPM, or QMS systems
o Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Project Management / PPM module
* Strong understanding of semiconductor lifecycle management data models, including:
* Wafer, die, package, and module (BOM) structures
o EBOM / MBOM alignment across wafer fab, OSAT, and final test
o Engineering change propagation across the semiconductor value chain
* Working knowledge of DevOps practices:
o CI/CD for Teamcenter configs, extensions/customizations
o Environment promotion (DEV TEST UAT PROD)
o Version control and release management

Desired Experience and Skills

* Experience with sample management, NPI, or high-volume manufacturing flows
* Exposure to global PLM rollouts or migrations
* Siemens Teamcenter certifications


The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $129,400 - $247,800 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
