Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real-world exposure while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work.

The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team.

*Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship).

Payrate is based on completed number of years in college:

- Completed freshman year by start of internship: $20.00 per hour

- Completed sophomore year by start of internship: $21.00 per hour

- Completed junior year by start of internship: $22.00 per hour Responsibilities

The Critical Care Marketing Intern will support the Critical Care team in:

  • Planning and implementation of several key strategic objectives for 2026.
  • Gain exposure to pharmaceutical marketing, sales, operational and supply chain cross-functional teams.
  • Establish meetings with other Fresenius Kabi colleagues to gain meaningful and enduring business relationships.
  • Create and present a final marketing internship presentation to all colleagues.
PROJECT DETAILS:
  • Design and implement a digital marketing campaign to include targeting/segmentation, messaging and material development, and support with metrics/KPI tracking for the Critical Care portfolio of products.

  • Refresh product information cards with recent market intelligence including competitive analysis.

  • Create a roadmap for the Anti-infective (AI) portfolio.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing/Business Management

  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Self-motivated and can prioritize multiple projects and work independently

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program

  • Pursuing a degree related to the position

  • Be classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore or above

  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship

  • Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship
