Responsibilities will include processing purchase orders from MRP, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, and liaising with inventory teams and management. * Research, select and purchase quality products and materials. * Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing. * Process requisitions and update management on status of orders. * Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate with the inventory team, management, and stockroom as required. * Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management. * Handle outside processing. * Disposition NCRs on time. * Coordinate with accounting for supplier payments / resolutions etc. ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications: * HS Diploma or GED is required. * 3-5 years of relevant experience. * Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint). * SAP * Critical thinking and negotiation skills. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree is preferred The annual base salary range for this position in California is $90,000 - $105,000.
