Coordinator of Family Discipleship

Coordinator of Family Discipleship – Organizes parish-wide faith formation, w large group faith activities, small groups, retreats, and sacramental prep.  Duties: weekly staff formation; weekly Evangelization Team meetings; weekly 1: 1 meetings w Dir of Mission and Discipleship; collab w Evangelization Team re evangelization; facilitate group Family of Faith events; recruit and support parish leaders and facilitators or catechists for faith formation; assist in prep and facilitation of retreats//rehearsals for parents of those seeking Sacraments; assist w prep for and celebration of sacraments; curriculum, catechetical materials, calendar, and programming for facilitators or catechists; assist w eval of evangelization efforts to devel and implement improvements; review//update registration forms and assist w registration process and updating of families; attend yearly retreat.
