This includes overseeing campaign calendar, managing campaign strategy, A/B testing, gathering requirements, submitting requests for creative assets, ensuring required compliance approvals on creatives and strategy are completed, and reviewing (or requesting) data analysis on previous campaigns. Job Duties
- Lead Marketing Cloud requirements gathering for campaigns and projects
- Establish and maintain end-to-end campaign, which includes review, approvals, measurement, insights and optimizations. Channels include but are not limited to emails, landing pages, blogs, direct mail.
- Oversee campaign calendar (dates, frequency, audience overlap, freeze dates) and serve as the main campaign lead for all day-to-day requests and prioritize based on bandwidth and business goals.
- Manage campaign strategy, assets, campaign request forms (CRFs) and approvals.
- Identify rigorous A/B and multivariate test-and-learn methodologies to achieve desired campaign results.
- Analyze the success of past campaigns and use data to make recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure campaigns comply with best practices and also maintain brand identity and standards.
- Ensures optimal quality in campaign rendering, content, audience and segmentation, dynamic content and personalization, functional testing (links, tracking, etc.), send configuration, and scheduling parameters.
- Own campaign performance reporting, including lead volume and conversion rates by channel to assess and optimize performance and update key stakeholders
- Responsible for testing campaigns for proper content, function, and rendering using Litmus and checklists.
- Notifies stakeholders when campaigns are postponed, cancelled, and deployed.
- Will perform special projects as assigned.
Education, Experience and Job Skills
- Bachelor's Degree marketing, advertising, public relations, graphic design or journalism required.
- 2 years of retail or bank marketing experience.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic team player
- Creative mind
- Strong marketing background and able to combine creativity with analytically based decision making.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to simplify complex situations
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external business partners in a collaborative environment essential.
- Leadership experience with desire to continue to grow.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and not afraid to perform data analysis
- The ability to work with a broad range of internal and external business partners in a collaborative environment is essential.
- Expectation to receive SalesForce certifications of MC Email Specialist, preference to receive certifications for MC Administrator and MC Developer
- Travel required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree marketing, advertising, public relations, graphic design or journalism required.
