Job Overview: The Manager of Analytics is a key leader within the Corporate Services HR Business Partner Center of Expertise for the RWJBarnabas Health system who is a data-driven professional with a passion for visualization and dashboards to shape the future of HR field operations and processes within the enterprise, Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards to support the HR Business Partner priorities, direction, processes, and workflows, The Manager of Analytics will act as a strategic partner responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and partnering with key stakeholders inside and outside of the HRBP CoE, to understand business and talent priorities and strategies, The role supports the performance improvement and efficacy of HRBP s strategic and tactical approach in the field by implementing and executing effective analytics, insights, and reporting in partnership with the VP of Human Resources Corporate Services, Qualifications:
- Master s Degree preferred,
- Minimum of 3 years experience creating and analyzing data to provide actionable insights,
- Appropriate and comprehensive experience in human resources operations, workforce strategy, and change management,
- Experience in large, complex, fast-paced environments managing technology, metrics, and process change efforts,
- Ability to influence, lead with respect and compassion,
- Strong planning, communication, organization, and time management skills necessary,
- Proven leadership experience in motivating staff and key stakeholders,
- Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data and support system and divisional strategies,
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills,

Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership and Execution
- Responsible for creating, developing, interpreting, and maintaining interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards reflecting human capital metrics and trends for presentation to various stakeholders - facility senior leadership, HR Site Leaders, etc, to support HR Business Partner processes and workflows according to set cadence,
- Leverage various tools including Peoplesoft, Position Manager, Symplr, Excel, Tableau, ServiceNow, and Press Ganey to pull and synthesize data /reports to view and understand data in different ways in order to disseminate and deliver information to various stakeholders,
- Conduct data analysis to get behind the numbers in order to understand key drivers by gathering, correlating, interpreting, and translating in order to devise impactful approaches to business operations in the field,
- Ability to work with raw data in order to develop understanding of data impacts on the employee experience, including but not limited to: vacancy, turnover, open positions, early service turnover, and employee engagement surveys,
- Create dashboards for field HR Teams to create solutions and strategies to benefit field operations across the enterprise,
- Implements strategies, metrics, data driven approaches, and compliance processes aligned to organizational needs and objectives to effectively manage gaps and leadership needs,
- Build and execute on improvement strategies enhancing overall field operations effectiveness and efficiency,
- Communicate key insights and trends to leadership and HR Leadership via presentations and management reporting,
- Train other users on how to run standard reports from available tools/databases,
Strategic Support
- Analyze workforce data to inform project planning, measure outcomes, and recommend process and performance improvements,
- Provide recommendations based on analytics to leadership based on industry trends, best practices, and organizational needs,
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, COE teams, and business leaders to understand priorities and ensure HR operations deliverables support organizational goals,
- Support the development and implementation of communication plans to support successful adoption of new programs, processes, or systems,
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, ensure operational readiness, and coordinate implementation of COE-driven programs within the HR operations and business partner framework,
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities through data for efficiency, scalability and innovation within HR processes and systems,
- Support pilot programs and business teams in the creation of identified solutions; recommend scaling or adjustments based on measured results from an HR Operations and Business Partner perspective, resources management, or relevant field of study,
