Job Description: We're seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Engineer to help operate and maintain some of the most essential environments in our portfolio-including Class A commercial properties and complex healthcare facilities. In this role, you're not just performing maintenance-you're playing a direct role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and building occupants. You'll handle day-to-day operations, preventative maintenance, and on-call support across a portfolio where uptime, compliance, and quality are paramount. From clinical care spaces to high-visibility commercial offices, your work keeps critical infrastructure functioning at its best.
