Job DescriptionVisa is seeking a visionary VP of Analytics to transform its global analytics and measurement strategy. This global leadership role has strategic impact across the enterprise translating complex data into clear guidance that measures impact while driving growth and competitive advantage. The VP will oversee the Global Marketing Measurement and Social & Digital Intelligence teams. In this role, the VP will establish cutting-edge measurement frameworks - including advanced multi-touch attribution modeling and enhanced holistic marketing impact models to quantify marketing effectiveness across all channels and link brand strength metrics to business performance. As an AI-driven innovator, this leader will integrate technologies such as predictive modeling, & generative AI, real-time scenario planning, and personalization engines into the analytics function (building on Visa's commitment to AI integration in analytics). These capabilities enable Visa to move beyond traditional analytics into proactive, forward-looking intelligence - for example, using AI for instant trend analysis and 'on-the-fly' optimization recommendations.
