Description

Change slows for no one. At Street Smart, we partner with those who choose to get out in front of it - turning corners instead of cutting them. We are a team of technical and operational experts who deliver traffic safety equipment and smart work zone technology solutions across North America.

As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we are seeking a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to support our Hudson, MA operations. This is an exempt, full-time role reporting to the Director of Operations - East Region. Travel is required within the region and occasionally nationwide.

You will begin as a highly independent, hands-on operator, responsible for managing day-to-day operations across the region - including equipment repair, field deployment, inventory management, and customer support.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment performs at the highest level and our customers receive reliable, responsive service.

As the region grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position, with the opportunity to hire, develop, and lead a team of Service Technicians.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates with ownership, and enjoys building and improving operations from the ground up.
