Overview
The Microsoft Turing team is an innovative engineering and research organization advancing stateoftheart deep learning models across the full machine learning lifecycle. Within Turing, we are a fastpaced, highimpact experience team responsible for building endtoend experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot-from cuttingedge frontend platforms to backend orchestration systems. Our work spans reasoning over user prompts, grounding in enterprise data, invoking tools and extensions, and synthesizing secure, compliant responses at scale. As a member of the Microsoft Turing team, this role has a direct impact on product quality, shaping the daily experience of millions of users. The position involves designing and building solutions using modern M365 Copilot UX frameworks, largescale orchestration systems, and experimentation platforms such as A/B testing frameworks, while collaborating closely with teams across distributed systems, data mining, and machine learning. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,000 - $180,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
