We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Senior Digital Media Strategist to join their dynamic team, where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing advanced digital marketing campaigns for their most significant and complex clients. In this pivotal role, you will architect and oversee integrated strategies, directly influencing client success and driving measurable growth. Your expertise will not only elevate campaign performance but also foster strong client relationships and mentor emerging talent, making a tangible difference in the evolution of digital marketing.

**What You'll Do:**

* Architect and lead complex, integrated digital strategies tailored to client business marketing goals, operating with significant autonomy.

* Identify new digital business opportunities and design comprehensive media plans to drive effective digital marketing strategies and tactical execution.

* Prepare strategic, multichannel media plans and budgets for both existing and potential new clients.

* Oversee the execution of client campaigns, collaborating closely with platform specialists to ensure continuous optimization and goal achievement.

* Provide in-depth monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis using various analytics and reporting tools.

* Analyze aggregated data, identify both short-term and long-term trends, and provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations.

* Cultivate strong client-agency relationships through regular strategic calls, serving as an expert partner and advising on best practices.

* Stay abreast of digital landscape trends, emerging platforms, and industry news to maintain a competitive edge.

* Contribute thought leadership to team meetings, bringing forward ideas for process improvements, strategic testing, and enhancing client satisfaction and campaign success.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree required; a focus in Marketing or Advertising is preferred.

* 2+ years of experience in digital media planning and/or the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

* Proven experience using and analyzing data visualization tools, including web analytics platforms and data studio tools.

* Direct experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).

* Clear and confident oral and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences, with the ability to present campaign performance effectively.

* Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting on data trends, with a full understanding of digital marketing KPIs and success metrics.

* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to utilize resources independently and troubleshoot issues before escalation.

* Strong communication and time management skills, coupled with the ability to use and learn multiple technology platforms in a remote work setting.
