Software Engineer IV

• Develop and enhance Java-based backend services
• Build business logic supporting compensation rules and configuration capabilities
• Contribute to cloud-native microservices within GCP
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and collaborative agile delivery
• Deliver clean, scalable, production-ready code

• Strong Java development experience
• Experience with Spring (Boot, Data, Cloud)
• GCP experience (required)
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Relational Databases (RDBMS)
• GitHub

• Experience with React (Full Stack positions)

• Independent contributor who delivers with minimal oversight
• Collaborative and accountable
• Comfortable working in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Ownership mindset with strong communication skills
