• Auditing, stocking, and dispensing of materials to lab users.
• Inspecting and maintaining lab areas for safety and Intellectual Property (IP) issues.
• Follow established processes to sustain & govern existing lab services.
• Support lab improvement projects on a need basis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to minimize inventory variances and implement improved processes to increase overall inventory accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies; investigate misidentified or out-of-balance items with root cause analysis; identify necessary preventive measures to ensure there is no recurrence.
• Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored.
• Keep the inventory room clean and organized.
• Notify Key stakeholders when project materials have been received.
• Provides backup support to the Wafer Cage Team.
• Responsibilities include pulling reservation orders; staging for pickup; reclaiming wafers; safeguarding customer intellectual property; receiving incoming wafer deliveries, perform inventory audits.
• Work in a Lab environment that requires the use of Lab suits to perform wafer reclaims and other duties in the lab.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Pay: $31.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (24 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP and ordering platforms.

• Associate Degree.

• Excellent communication skills
• Conscientious and reliable in the completion of tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Capable of working in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment.

• Experience with SAP.
• Type at least 50wpm.
• Proficient at 10 key.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and summarize using Pivot tables and charts.
• Communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive).
• SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak).
• MS Office and software savvy, Communication skills, Eye for continuous improvement.
