Product Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role will lead the roadmap and delivery for enterprise file collaboration services, including OneDrive and NFS. The ideal candidate will define requirements and governance standards while partnering with engineering, operations, and security teams to deliver compliant solutions in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the roadmap and delivery of OneDrive, NFS, and enterprise file collaboration services
• Define requirements, user stories, and core governance standards for file management platforms
• Partner with engineering, operations, security, and support teams to deliver reliable and compliant solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering needs and aligning priorities
• Drive user adoption through communication, training materials, and large group presentations
• Monitor performance, usage trends, and support patterns to identify improvements and inform the roadmap
• Ensure platforms meet regulatory, compliance, and security expectations in a financial services environment

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis supporting collaboration or file management platforms
• Strong knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, and Network File Shares (NFS)
• Proven ability to work with cross functional engineering and operations teams
• Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting to large or enterprise audiences
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Experience operating within regulated or enterprise environments (financial services preferred)

Pay range: $46.34 - $54.34 per hour
