  • Upload, tag, and manage assets within internal DAM systems, adhering to naming conventions and metadata standards
  • Ensure accuracy, version control, and usability of assets across teams

Market Launch Preparation

  • Support the creation of Web Strategy Decks used by international teams for product launches
  • Compile and integrate product imagery, copy, and technical specifications into polished, launch-ready presentations
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and are aligned with global go-to-market strategies

Competitive & Industry Research

  • Conduct audits of leading eCommerce platforms and retailer sites to assess product presentation and digital merchandising strategies
  • Identify and document emerging trends, best practices, and competitive insights
  • Share findings with internal teams to inform content strategy and optimization

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships or freelance experience highly valued)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent tools such as Google Slides/Sheets)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Demonstrated interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or content production
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Exposure to digital asset management systems (DAM) or content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience supporting photoshoots, content production, or product launches
