(Hybrid) The Senior Manager, Security Operations, is responsible for ensuring the protection of the organization's information and technology assets. This role leads security operations and partners across the organization to reduce risk, respond effectively to threats, and mature security practices in support of the organization's mission. The position requires strong judgment, collaborative leadership, and the ability to translate technical risk into clear, actionable guidance for business and executive stakeholders. This position is based in Pew's Washington, DC office and reports to the Director, Infrastructure Operations and Security. This position participates in Pew's hybrid work program with core days in the office and the flexibility to telework the remaining days. Staff also enjoy four telework "flex weeks" per year. Travel: Occasional travel between Pew's offices for meetings as required. Additional travel required to attend trainings, seminars or conferences. Salary Range: $170,700 USD - $190,800 USD The salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on Pew's commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay.
