Summary
The Sr. Project Manager provides leadership and support for projects requiring strategic planning, decision support, business and product development, and strategic marketing. Reporting to the Director, the Sr. Project Manager works with assigned clients throughout Johns Hopkins Medicine. The Sr. Project Manager performs analyses, provides project support, and participates in planning and marketing research efforts for JHM.

Education
Master's degree in Business or Health Care Administration

In-depth knowledge of the health care industry, including marketing, managed care, and administrative and clinical data.
Analytical capabilities, ability to work well in groups, excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving, and time management. Strong computer skills and database administration preferred.

Work Experience
5 to 10 years of health care or other relevant experience.

Salary Range: $34.41 /hour - $56.82 /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
