Overview:

The position provides high-level task oversight for the Repair Administration group. Provides critical component repairs analyses to Sr. Manager of Repairs to support of operational requirements.

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily repairs group functions including creating, closing, and updating repair and exchange orders.
  • Provides management reports on supplier and departmental performance
  • Communicate daily with AOG desk, Check and other departments about urgently needed parts.
  • Responsible for disposition of components for repair/overhaul.
  • Ability to support a flexible work schedule when needed to support operational demands.
  • Responsible for ensuring that only approved vendors are used for component repair and overhaul.\
  • Responsible for ensuring existing contracts are being followed by both Atlas and Vendor.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of scrapped parts. MRQ Cleanup
  • Ensures the timely and cost-effective shipping of repaired items.
  • Research status of open and closed repair and exchange orders as required.
  • Performs additional projects assigned by the Sr. Manager of Repair Administration.


Qualifications:



  • BS/BA preferred
  • 3-5 years of airline material management experience.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on advanced Excel functions used for reporting and analysis

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.

$63,000 $85,000 USD
