Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager (Capital Markets) for a 12+ month contract position with our client, a Global Financial Institution, located in Charlotte, NC. Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. - Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of Capital Markets to lead endtoend project delivery across regulatory and business initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with frontoffice teams and lineofbusiness stakeholders, along with the ability to manage full project lifecycles from planning through execution and close.
- Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets frontoffice teams, lineofbusiness partners, and technology groups.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear status reporting.
- Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.
- Develop highquality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.
- Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executiveready materials.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of project management experience, ideally within financial services.
- Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (not required to be an expert but must demonstrate working knowledge).
- Proven ability to work with frontoffice teams or act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
- Experience delivering projects within banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamics.
- Regulatory project experience is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear and insightful reporting.
