Summary of Job Description:

The Human Resources Associate Manager (CFT) with guidance from HR Leadership, serves as a strategic partner to Senior Leadership, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support department goals. This role plays a critical part in developing leadership capabilities, supporting People Planning, managing complex associate relations matters, and ensuring the alignment of talent decisions with the organization's mission, culture, and longterm growth objectives. The Human Resources Associate Manager (CFT) supports initiatives that drive continuous improvement and organizational performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a strategic advisor under the guidance of HR Leadership to Senior Leaders by providing coaching on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and talent development; guiding leaders in conducting effective evaluations and supporting career development to build highperforming teams; and advising on organizational structure, capability building, and longterm talent strategy.
  • Partners with Senior Leaders and department heads to develop and execute comprehensive People Planning strategies-assessing leadership capability, identifying highpotential talent, supporting succession planning efforts, and evaluating internal candidates for key roles to advise on talent placement that aligns with organizational priorities and future capability needs.
  • Provides leaders with guidance on basic associate relations to ensure timely, fair, and compliant resolutions; conducts thorough investigations with clear documentation and appropriate action recommendations to mitigate risk and strengthen workplace culture; and escalates complex or highrisk matters to HR Leadership as needed to maintain transparency and alignment with legal and organizational standards.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to coach and advise leaders on hiring highquality associates who align with CFT's mission and culture. Works with Talent Acquisition team and department heads to ensure staffing needs are met in alignment with company and departmental standards by developing and executing staffing plan by forecasting workforce needs, supporting internal and external talent pipelines, analyzing labormarket conditions, and collaborating with internal and external recruiters to ensure timely, highquality staffing that supports organizational growth.
  • Supports department-wide initiatives and special projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and HR excellence that drive improvements across HR processes, systems, and associate engagement strategies.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; business and/or HR majors and PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum five years of HR experience, with minimum of three years HR Generalist experience in employee relations, training and development, and recruiting, preferably in a real estate, finance or family office environment.
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
