About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - McGriddle to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. As an Operator 2, you will be accountable for supporting all McGriddle production and wrapping operations, providing break and lunch relief across positions, and ensuring product quality, documentation accuracy, and strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and foodsafety standards.

• Shift: 2nd
• Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
• Weekend availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $24.00

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Support McGriddle production by relieving all departmental positions and maintaining workflow continuity
• Operate and support equipment and processes in production and wrapping to ensure product meets company specifications
• Maintain accurate and legible documentation for all required production records
• Uphold GMPs, HACCP, allergen controls, and foodsafety protocols at all times
• Monitor supplies (including cardboard boxes and packaging materials) to support uninterrupted line operation
• Communicate safety, equipment, or productquality concerns promptly to Supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces to ensure safe and efficient operations

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or foodproduction environment
• Ability to read, write, and complete accurate, legible documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motion tasks
• Ability to work in fastpaced environments and follow instructions clearly
• Strong communication skills and reliability in team-oriented operations

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Familiarity with bakery or McGriddlespecific production processes
• Mechanical aptitude to support minor adjustments or troubleshooting
• Previous experience in packaging, wrapping, or ingredienthandling roles
• Strong attention to detail in foodsafetysensitive environments
