Genesis10 is currently seeking a UAT Project Manager for a 6+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC.

In this role, the consultant will engage in moderately complex systems quality assurance initiatives. The position involves reviewing and analyzing challenges, contributing to issue resolution, and collaborating with client personnel while leveraging a solid understanding of QA policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Quality Assurance
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Quality Assurance challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Quality Assurance
  • This role serves as a key connector among project managers, Release/Test Managers (RTMs), UAT testers, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • The ideal candidate excels at structuring information, maintaining consistent reporting, supporting complex workflows, and operating in a fastpaced commercial banking environment.
  • Manage daytoday project coordination across multiple workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Drive workflow coordination across numerous projects, ensuring alignment across teams, vendors, and UAT cycles.
  • Consolidate data from multiple delivery teams, workstreams, and external vendors into unified, consistent reporting.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project status reports, dashboards, and executivelevel summaries, ensuring stakeholders receive clear and actionable views.
  • Create business review materials, project trackers, and executiveready presentations.
  • Support P3 administrative functions including resource onboarding, communications, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with RTMs to align project milestones with UAT timeline planning.
  • Demonstrate strong selfdirection and initiative in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Partner with UAT testers to coordinate testing cycles, track test execution, organize defects, and support readiness activities.
  • Assist in the shift from manual testing to more automated processes.
  • Ensure testing teams understand business context by leveraging commercial banking knowledge.
  • Manage Jira updates for stories, defects, test progress, and remediation steps.
  • Create accurate, timely status reports, dashboards, and consolidated progress views for leadership.
  • Run data queries and conduct advanced analysis to support decisionmaking.
  • Maintain project artifacts, test documentation, and structured content in Confluence and DMS.
  • Ensure Jira data integrity and reporting accuracy through consistent updates and quality checks.
  • Use advanced Excel to build reports, pivot tables, formulas, and analytical summaries.
  • Develop polished PowerPoint decks for business reviews, leadership updates, and steering committee meetings.
  • Translate complex project and testing data into clear, executivefriendly insights.
  • Communicate project and UAT progress effectively across technical and nontechnical audiences.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
  • proactive and highly organized UAT & Project Management Support Analyst to drive project coordination, testing support, reporting, and governance across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong project management and coordination experience across multiteam environments.
  • Proven ability to produce executivelevel reporting, dashboards, and structured summaries.
  • Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, visualizations).
  • Proficiency building professional presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Experience running queries (SQL or similar).
  • Handson experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Commercial banking experience-specifically within a User Acceptance Testing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, selfmanage, and drive outcomes.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at the CIC location.

Pay range: $46.57 - $53.00 per Hour
