The Evaluation Associate supports the design, implementation, and dissemination of evaluation and research activities across multiple projects. This role conducts mixed-methods evaluations, synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data, and produces high-quality reports and presentations for diverse audiences. The Associate collaborates with project teams to analyze findings and translate results into actionable insights that inform program improvement and strategic decision-making. The position contributes to evaluation strategy and methodological rigor while independently managing project components with strong analytical and communication skills.

| Minimum Experience/Education |
- Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Research Methods, Statistics, or a related field and at least three (3) years of professional experience in program evaluation, research, or data analysis; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
