Job Description: Ryan Companies is looking for an organized, innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking individual who aims for the highest standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to generate opportunities through internal and external clients while leading the local design team and managing the P+L for all design revenue in the region. In addition, the Director of Architecture will collaborate with Ryan A+E Housing leaders, developers, builders, designers, and other partners within our integrated services within the West Division. Candidates with at least15+ years of leadership experience are most likely to be successful; however, those with unique career experience or display clear potential for the role will be considered. In addition, we are searching for a leader with experience in the Housing sector, with project examples from key Western states. Successful candidates will have a portfolio of work in CA, WA, AZ, CO. Ryan Companies uses a unique integrated delivery process that involves architecture, engineering, construction, development, real estate management and capital markets. Ryan's integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a national design practice. Compensation: The base pay range is $150,300-$180,000/Annually. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
