This is an exceptional opportunity to practice high-quality inpatient medicine within a collaborative, patient-centered environment while working overnight shifts in a well-supported hospital setting. As a Nocturnist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to hospitalized patients during evening and overnight hours. You will join a collegial and mission-driven team committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and education. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Provide comprehensive overnight inpatient coverage, including admissions, cross-coverage, and acute care management. Participate in quality and safety initiatives to drive clinical excellence. Work with a dynamic team in a collegial environment that values respect, kindness, and teamwork. Opportunity to mentor and teach Internal Medicine residents affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine. Contribute to innovative care practices that enhance provider and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
