Cydecor is building a talent pipeline to support upcoming work with the U.S. Navy's Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160) within the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I).

PMW 160 delivers cyber-secure, accredited, and reliable integrated networks and computing systems supporting Navy, Joint, and coalition forces across globally distributed environments. These systems provide the foundation for modern naval command-and-control operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical, operational, or programmatic experience aligned with the roles listed above
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within mission-focused government and contractor teams

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or Navy tactical network programs
• Experience with PMW 160 systems such as CANES or ADNS
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs or defense IT systems

Compensation and Benefits:
There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
