Crew Scheduling Advisor

Controls, coordinate, and direct the efficient, safe and financially responsible utilization of flight crew resources in support of the global line haul system. Implement recovery plans Ensures service commitments are met during system disruptions.

Essential Functions

• Ensure there is a complete and legal flight crew for each scheduled flight in accordance with all federal aviation regulations (FARs), the collective bargaining agreement (cba), and the flight operations manual (from). Ensure that service commitments are met and minimum system disruptions occur.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in aviation or related field.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years related crew scheduling experience of which three (3) years must be with FEC crew scheduling experience. Experience in statistical analysis, modeling, and computer applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Thorough knowledge of the pilot collective bargaining agreement (cba) and 12
1. 5 federal aviation regulations required.

Knowledge of accounting, statistics and computerized crew management systems required.
