Flux Resources is staffing for a FEMA recovery effort in New Mexico and is building a roster of Reforestation Subject Matter Experts to support post disaster vegetation and ecosystem recovery. This role provides technical expertise related to replanting, restoration planning, and long-term land recovery following disaster events. These roles will primarily be remote aside from an initial couple week travel period. Payrate for these roles will likely fall in the $50-$60/hr range. What You'll Support Assessment of vegetation loss and reforestation needs Technical input on replanting and restoration strategies Support for environmental recovery and sustainability planning Review of restoration plans and supporting documentation Coordination with forestry, environmental, and planning teams What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in reforestation, ecology, forestry, environmental science, or related disciplines Wildfire or large-scale land restoration experience preferred Professional certifications could include, but are not limited to: Registered Forester credentials, ecological certifications, environmental science licenses, or similar professional qualifications #LI-CR1
