Epiroc Supply Chain is establishing a new global Inbound Supply function, bringing several teams together under one unified structure. As part of this journey, we are now looking for a Regional Inbound Supply Manager for North America - a unique opportunity to lead a committed team, drive improvements, and shape new ways of working in our supply chain.

As Regional Inbound Supply Manager, you guide the regional inbound supply team and elevate our processes so we can deliver with greater accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. A key objective of this role is to strengthen our delivery performance and ensure our promised delivery dates truly reflect our commitment to customers.

By working closely across Supply Chain, Sourcing, our suppliers, Customer Centers, and many other partners, you help secure the right availability, reduced lead-times and balanced inventories that support customers around the world. Together with your team, you will champion smarter, faster new ways of working-creating a supply chain that responds with confidence and precision.

You hold regional responsibility for our Inbound Supply operations, ensuring they are compliant, sustainable, and always centered on customer needs. This includes leading replenishment from internal and external suppliers and driving tactical planning and process improvements that elevate our supplier ecosystem.

Main Tasks




  • Develop the Regional Inbound Supply organization, securing the right structure, competence and resource levels to support our internal and external customers.



  • Develop and execute the inbound supply planning processes to support availability, inventory and supply chain cost development.



  • Proactively managing supply constraints by securing actions are taken by suppliers and internally to improve accuracy and speed in feedback to our customers.



  • Review processes, systems functionality and structure to improve speed and accuracy in delivery date confirmation to our customers.



  • Support inventory reduction activities with special focus on increased utilization of existing stock, redistribution, and lead time reductions in the supply chain.

You are an experienced leader with a background in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Location and other

This role is based in Allen TX, US. Occasional travel may be required. This role will report to the Head of Inbound Supply, a position which is currently also being recruited.
