  • Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements across parking areas, loading zones, and bussing operations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve traffic flow, loading efficiency, safety controls, and overall workforce mobilization processes.

  • Support cost control efforts by tracking transportation resources, forecasting needs, and optimizing operational efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively across teams, resolving issues quickly and proactively to avoid delays in workforce arrival.

  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges and implement practical solutions to maintain uninterrupted site access.

What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Approximately 10-15+ years of construction or industrial project experience, with prior supervisory or superintendent-level leadership.

  • Experience managing large workforce mobilization logistics, transportation coordination, or multi-location operations.

  • Proven ability to lead field personnel and support staff in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.

  • Experience coordinating complex logistics involving multiple locations and large daily workforce counts.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate operational challenges.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with field teams, bus drivers, craft personnel, and project leadership.
