Partnering with Aquent, they are seeking a talented HR professional to contribute to their mission by ensuring strategic human resources support across their operations.

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to serve as a vital force in shaping workforce strategy and fostering a thriving organizational culture. In this pivotal role, you will empower leaders, optimize HR initiatives, and directly contribute to the success of diverse teams, ultimately supporting the delivery of outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities & Impact:

Strategic HR Partnership:



  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating overarching HR strategies into actionable plans that meet unique operational needs while maintaining enterprise-wide standards.


Workforce & Talent Management:



  • Lead critical functions including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations, coaching leaders and proactively mitigating risks.


Organizational Change Leadership:



  • Design, implement, and assess change management strategies for key initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, adoption, and sustained positive outcomes.


Optimized HR Service Delivery:



  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and operations teams to ensure efficient, high-quality HR solution delivery, continuously gathering feedback to drive improvement.


Expert HR Guidance & Compliance:



  • Provide expert advice on policy interpretation, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA), staffing decisions, and workforce risk, ensuring consistent application while accommodating local operational nuances.


Data-Driven Decision Making:



  • Develop and monitor HR metrics and dashboards, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.


Core HR Process Management:



  • Manage and facilitate essential HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives, promoting manager self-service tools.


Workforce Development:



  • Guide managers in assessing workforce development and training needs, overseeing the delivery of targeted programs to build capabilities.


Trusted Advisor & Resource:



  • Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for complex or sensitive HR issues, directing managers and staff to appropriate resources.


Compliance & Culture Champion:



  • Ensure adherence to safety, privacy, and compliance policies, actively participating in HR projects and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


This is an approximate 5-month role covering a leave of absence, with the possibility of extension if the leave is extended.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible HR experience (Generalist, Manager, or Specialist) with a proven track record of business-side partnership; experience supporting multiple units or cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex, evolving environment and collaborate effectively across an organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong judgment and diplomacy.
  • Robust problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Expertise in performance management, talent selection, retention, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and applicable regulations; unwavering ethics, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance big-picture objectives with meticulous tactical execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with line managers, senior leaders, and HR colleagues, utilizing a persuasive, credible, and collaborative communication style.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • S/PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification or other recognized HR credentials (e.g., SHRM-S/CP).


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56 to $62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
