Description
What You Will Do to Change Lives At Gateway to Recovery, we don't just provide services; we build bridges to independence. As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, you are the boots-on-the-ground advocate for adults and Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) navigating the path to recovery. Using the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model, you will provide "whole-person" care that goes beyond a clinic wall, meeting members where they are-in their homes, in the community, and in their moments of greatest need.
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $26.50 - $32.50. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
