Your Opportunity + Impact

LDG is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-driven Proposal Coordinator responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, client-facing proposals, collateral materials, presentations, and other efforts that foster relationships and secure new business opportunities. This role oversees a variety of proposal types, including the Federal Standard Form 330, customized RFPs, and specialized formats tailored to client requirements. The proposal coordinator will work together with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop proposals and other marketing materials that are compelling, accurate, creative, focused, and compliant with the client's RFP/RFQ requirements. This position reports to the Proposal Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Project Management: Responsible for the start-to-finish proposal production process, including developing proposal response outlines, conducting kickoff meetings, participating in capture strategy sessions, developing win themes, writing new or customizing existing materials to meet solicitation requirements, and producing tailored proposal responses.
  • Content Development & Data Management: Write, customize, and maintain RFP responses, boilerplate materials, project sheets, resumes, and other narratives to support proposals and enhance collateral materials. Assists in developing presentations, including videos and other multimedia elements to enhance engagement.
  • Design, Layout & Production: Create visually engaging infographics for proposals, collateral materials, and presentations utilizing in-house graphic designer as needed, to ensure a professional and cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Collaborates with cross-functional SMEs to translate technical input into compelling proposal content, acting as a key resource for proposal information and strategy.
  • CRM System: Extracts, analyzes, and synthesizes data from the CRM to generate reports, track progress, and manage the integrity of database and boilerplate libraries.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Obtain required documentation and ensure all elements of the proposal package are accurate and complete in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in marketing or proposal development. Prior experience in the A/E industry is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: n/a

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a strong desire to expand knowledge and take on new responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and project management skills capable of effectively managing multiple simultaneous projects and meeting concurrent deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
